The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

No need to join L&T, if you live life. If you are workholic then no problem. Not more increment based on work. No holiday at your site offices. Everyday have to work minimum 12 hours. If you are asked for holiday the manager will see you as you asked him his heart. So be careful before joining L&T Construction.

If you are civil then somehow ok for others it would better to teach class 12 students than joining L&T
