Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day

The company is allowing staff to to take own decisions and implement. In construction all achievements are teem work. follow instruction of superiors and discuss for improvement better implementation of policies. Salary and other work environment and work life balance are good in the industry. I like the culture of this company. Appraisal systems are transparent and always give proper appreciation for the right persons and chance for improvement for needy person. People can be given chance to work in their native at least one in service. Financial approval system has to be speed-up.

My work is managing store. It is very interesting and handling various type of material and people (sub- contractor, workman) . One side implementing management policies and other side to provide good working atmosphere for site teem.
