Working culture, balance between work & family were not properly maintained nor implemented for people who are deputed in project location. The compensation / Benefits were not reached to everyone. The decision were taken by Key Accounting Manager of the project. Hope it has to be taken care by HR team.

Mainly my work is slight challenging as I have to look after inhouse crusher and all material related approvals and transactions to ensure proper clearances are there to start the work at site. Need to ensure all material are available also on
