I joined as an engineer in planning department with a master's degree and previous work experience in similar field but the PM for his ego satisfaction made me work as a site supervisor, I clearly said to him to give me my position that I was hired for but he denied and the Incharge I was reporting to use to sit everyday in office until evening 6:30 and visit only for 30 mins to site and shout at me for silly or no mistakes just to remove his personal frustration but never supported when I require any resources, daily working from morning 8:30 to evening 8:30 and travelling to and fro 2 hours I resigned after 25 days of my joining seeing no career there, and only then the PM, the manager everyone is like O don't resign we will support you give your position but I realised it was a trap and I left the organisation for better part of my life...Read More

Everyday 14 hours work, no Sunday holiday, no proper food, no any facilities, lot of deduction in CTC, you'll receive much low salary than what is shown in structure, abusive language work culture, foolish peoples sitting in top management with only a!s!s licking skills, no recognition and rewards for your skills and talent, wasted my time here for 2 months.

Very bad work culture, you are supposedly working from 8-10 and still management doesn't support, senior management uses abusive language, their is no set define work responsibility, they don't know how to utilise your educational skills and talent and previous experience.

Dislikes

Very bad work timings, even you have to work on Sunday, bad appraisal system which is depend on how much rating your manager gives you, for the name sake of compensation there are lots of deductions, even hr also will not support, bad decision I made to waste my time.

Having chance to work in a challenging field and lots of opportunities to learn in various categories of project and career growth is average.

Dislikes

1.Work life balance not available, 2.No control on transfer of employees after completion of project anywhere transfer will come without any intimation or discussion with employees and management will forced to join on their selected location only. 3.Career growth is very slow even after doing excellent work , performance will not be identified properly.
