I feel very secured and safe working with L&T team. On the new Hybrid work culture and as a new mother, i feel organization promotes on the flexible work timing, WFH on emergency hours, with all the support from the senior leaders.

Dislikes

Work life Balance was the challenging part, where i expected the support from the organization. To my surprise, the day i delivered my baby on 14 May, 2021 the note on WFH and flexi timing was sanctioned for 1 year after my Maternity leave.

Work Details

Hiring is really challenging, choosing the right candidate for niche market of Design Engineers is a night mare. However, setting up a benchmark with the skill set required with the project requirement is tough for me. I do Hiring, Onboarding

A culture where Quality & Safety of staff are the parameters that are given priority. Management always focus on growth from all perspective and the action percolates down to the execution level. The benefits and allowances are par apart and few of them are unique in the industry.

Long working hours and little work life balance makes things difficult in this era from sustainability & retention point of view
