Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I was not an in-house employee, was working for one of the important client for Kyzer. I had a good support and my queries were answered properly, I would definitely recommend Kyzer for young lads where they can learn from beginner level and grow up their expertise and upgrade the respective skill set.

I worked for kyzer one of the clients on third party payroll they haven't given me any benefits of employees not even health benefits and in covid they harassed me and cut my half salary and firstly they torcher me to serve notice period while serving in between they called me and told me to leave my job on one day notice I don't have any backup financially they are selfish people and hire people on third party and haven't take their responsibility...Read More
