Fellow employees were like family and very much supportive.

Dislikes

By having many verticals in a company, its important to manage all of them efficiently and with a sense of responsibility. I didn't find this in kWatt. Hiring of employees was just bizarre and hilarious with no proper communication skills.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
