Noting , there is nothing in this organization to be liked . A pathetic and demoralising working culture .

A kindergarten process base company . HR team pathetic, non supportive, Hod are of name only seems no leadership skill . If you raised the query with the head of HR they simply reply ki hame jb kisi ko marna hota hai to chilate nhi hai ki maar do chup chap mar dete hai words from Mr. Upadhyay. HR do not know the meaning the casuals and formal dress code they wear jeans in weekdays then it is okay wear sport shoes in week days then there is a relaxation but if other wear then they will impose the fine directly and by mistaken if you asked the same question with HR why you also wear the shoes if it is not allowed then there is simple answer from them that is non of your business this is specially for @ Manish tyagi from HR and most hilarious person is Mr<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Ankur sehgal (DGM ) who works like a puppet only who is observed only for the false alligation, holding the salary for unnecessary reason good in playing blamable game and by mistaken if you are a boy who raised the query then forgot for any kind of resolution from him</mark>.MDO team what a supportive team they are here only to take a credit for the junior efforts there job is only this much like MR. The only positive point was salary getting deposited in account timely though after irrelevant deductions at times.

Dislikes

Horrible place to work if you wish to progress. Top management takes away all the credit and all failures attributed to you unless you are a female. For females they always have a soft heart (Reasons will be inappropriate to to mention). They assign you tasks and if you are successful credit goes to them and if u fail it is your fault completely. Tip management is a set of people who will never let your work to be noticed by the owner as no one has access to her. Top management comprises of people unfit and uneducated for their jobs so it is easy to understand why they do what they do....Read More

Nothing provided to employees. Horrible situations for marketing and sales people who have to work for 365 days without any national holidays also. Just one week off that to many times have to be compromised on the orders of Top management.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
