At school Level, work culture is good

KVS (HQ) work culture is very poor and Officers of KVS (HQ) have no plan to give benefit to teachers and no work culture to complete task on time. something happen wrong at KVS(HQ).

There is no job security, as every year new appointments takes place for contractual/temporary staff.I liked the Work culture in KV not only studies but also cociricualr activities,extracurricular activities and every festival will be celebrated enthusiastically.

Dislikes

The only thing I didn't like is the interview for contractual appointment every year.

Work Details

The job was quite interesting.Starting days I struggled but after 2 months I was all set.We find new experiences in teaching.Trainings will be given often which will be very interesting.
