Nothing to like. Worst workplace ever seen. Employers are rigid and demand for intangible things. No transparency is there regarding work output. You're blamed for what you've not done

Dislikes

Worst school,, pressurize employees. Have fired around 10 employees this year giving unacceptable reasons. They ask language teacher to prepare a robotic model. Highly sarcastic thing.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
