1.No work life balance. 2.No proper HR policies. 3. No proper office timings, they will call you when ever they want. 4.No soft skills 5.Office area and building. 6.No cafeteria. 7.Only work , work, work. 8.Too much work pressure. Etc

It was hard. Too much pressure.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
