High work pressure.Every day we have to work 9 to 11 Hrs (10:30 to 8PM) including Saturday. Some times on Sunday or night activity at sites without overtime or incentives. No appripiation or growth of employee if your manager does not belongs from your state or you don't have relation from long time with him.

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. Nothing to like it's terrible to work here please think twice before anyone join.

No work life balance. You have to work till 3 am in office and still you have no guarantee that next day your manager to resign without any reason. No job guarantee. Worst working environment. Only politics. No support from Manager bz he don't have any domain specific knowledge they just ordered you the task of without legs and want it to complete in 15 mins.
