Primarily kushal's treats employers as thier own family members which has paved me good working culture thoughout 10 years journey . Secondary there is a drastic growth since last 10 years in the market which stands as a competition amongst all fashion jewellery .

This is one of the worst company to work for senior management won't give you proper training and expect you to perform 💯 without knowing the ground realities. It was a great family buisness local company to work with till 2018 but after that it turned nightmare for each and everyone ,almost 130 people left this shit and toxic place in a span of 2 months from may 2023 to sep 2023 and it is continuing to achieve more numbers further. This is a great achievement by them and all directors are wholly solely responsible for this after raising some funds they have gone mad and the madness is dancing on their heads .HR ,Brand head and few stray dogs like sitting in Chennai and in the head office are destroying and eating company the way termites eat . I m warking in kushals shantiniketan mall last 1.5 years all are good last maneger madhar is very bad he was not approved my last 3 days week off so can get less salary he was promised....so I was leave the job that is very very bad so I m not happy with him
