Nothing is so good to like about.

Dislikes

No proper appraisals, you need to forget your family and personal life. They ask you to work even on Sundays, Here at Kun everyone wants to show bossism and even you can find partiality. While joining you don't get offer letter or joining letter and they won't even provide you salary slip. Office timing is from 9-5.30 and if you leave at 6 then people will be like he is free so he is leaving early. It was worst experience for me till date....Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
