I HV been working 1an half years in their logistics and inventory. My personal review is I'm not satisfied. For the new joiner I would suggest don't join in logistics dept in this company.

May have few opportunities to learn a new skill.

Dislikes

Hard and sincere work is unrecognised. Unclear vision and setting up of unachievable goals for the company. Overburdened with lots of extra works or tasks. No proper promotion. Internal politics. Unwanted works assigned by the managerial associates (which is later discarded without even being considered).

Growth is very slow. Managers do not value an individuals’ strengths. I have never received appreciation emails from my managers however customers (parents) used to appreciate a lot, but they usually go un noticed during appraisals.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
