Associate Instructor

Training
Candidate will undergo a 5-week training period with a stipend of Rs. 15,000. After successful completion of training, the agreed package will commence.

Job Responsibilities –

• Ensure the smooth functioning of the center and contribute to the overall development and growth of children.
• Conduct Assessment Tests and Achievement Tests as per the Kumon Method at the time of enrollment.
• Monitor and assist in the marking of classwork and homework worksheets by center staff.
• Determine appropriate starting points by reviewing the Diagnostic Graph.
• Set study projections for students.
• Administer worksheets according to the Kumon method.
• Assign classwork and homework worksheets to students.
• Create and assess study plans for students regularly.
• Observe students in the center while they attempt worksheets.
• Provide feedback and update the study projection with parents.

Job Requirements –

• A Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in Math and Reading Skills.
• Willingness to work with students of all ages and abilities.
• A customer service attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
