Its very disappointing that its been 4 years working hard but NO appriciation, NO hike, NO appraisals and excused as Company is going through hard phase. Stalled projects frustrated clients handling without any backend support is really a tough job goes unnoticed. They won't let you go using tools like Emotional, sentimental sugar coating words, if that doesn't work they feed negative report to next company and holds your original documents.FEELS LIKE TRAPPED!! as no growth and frequently change in HR policies, office timing, assigning job which is out of your Job Description / profile.
