Role & responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standard of quality and safety in all areas of production from.
• manufacturing to shipment.
• Safely batch concrete and load trucks according to order specification.
• Oversee efficient plant operations related to production and scheduling
• Precise batching of cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures at a central plant.
• Careful measurement and mixing according to predetermined specifications.
• Controlled mixing of concrete during transportation in the drum of transit mixers.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 3 to 5 years in Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) Plant Operations
✅ Industry Background: Candidates from Construction & Infrastructure sector
✅ Educational Qualification: B.E. (Civil Engineering) or equivalent
✅ Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of RMC production, batching process, and quality control
• Experience with concrete mixing, plant machinery, and scheduling
• Ability to manage plant operations, ensure safety standards, and maintain quality control
  ✅ Soft Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to handle production scheduling and plant efficiency
  ✅ Work Location Flexibility: Candidates willing to work in Solinganallur
