Working on impactful projects gives great sense of satisfaction. Lot of learning opportunities, responsibility for one's work and great flexibility in work timings. Very understanding of any other commitments one may have.

In my current role, I enjoy working on certain and uncertain things. Many things happens where I don't know how I will be able to execute and I don't know the exact timeline, but I learn every time. I collaborate with other team members and make it happen. Since many task I do are kind of first time execution, It is usually a discovery process, also since you are doing many things step by step, I am learning many things from customer point of view. I never thought as a people & culture generalist you can make so much profound impact inside and outside. It is very much a champion role. You knows many things and hence it's totally on you how you shape the organization from employee happiness, employee experience and long term future perspective. You do so many small things which are not part of the picture and over period of time you became totally ok, You are proud of your work for which you are recognized and you have your inner peace for the work you know will make your people & culture agenda very strong. Dislike is truly a very strong non existent word to say about my journey at Kuhoo. I have never found anything which I dislike here. We work very strongly to create happiness advantage. There are instances when my work gets stuck due to being dependent on other team members and I have to keep a long deadline to complete it, but that is part of the process. So, nothing like dislikes.
