This is the 4th company that I have worked with mainly joined here for getting better opportunities to learn and make my career brighter. The company is engaged in many construction projects. I enjoyed the variety of projects.

1) No Job security, 2) Don't pay salary on time. 3) Don't clear the outstanding of the employee, contractor, etc who left the company or been removed by the company. 4) Employe can be told to resign from service any time without any notice period.
