Liking percentage is very less it's about 0.5%. Remaining 99.5% is dislikes. The Directors Management is not like a professional dealer principal. Work culture just like roadside grossery Shop. I had tried to improve the quality standard and work culture but got oppose from directors management. They believe if any of their employeegrown up or progress financially and skilled wise. Director's thought that employee may jump for better opportunity in other organisation or if he gets financially strong based on skills then assumption was he / she is making money from other ilegal source inside the organisation. Also the management took a blank paper signature of all individual employees at the time of joining the organisation, but doesn't give any Job Offer Letter or Appointment Letter to their employees. That means director management keep their staff as Bonded Labour for their life time or terminate their job any time without notice.
