I look after administration along with regular subject teaching as well carry out teachers trainings, meetings,keep myself updated with present changes in curriculum and evaluation pattern also try to keep my school techno savvy and provide all required things to make my school a better learning place for students I get a yearly hike in my salary but I need to carry additional responsibility too, I need to deal with government officials to seek various permission so it helps me to meet people from various background. I always try to bring innovative teaching methods in my school and give satisfaction to students, parents and teachers as well. Its challenging as I need to keep proper communication between students parents teachers and school management without breaking the rules and regulations of school I need to show academic growth along with financial growth to the school management
