Work Environment is very friendly. Everything is at your finger tips. You are the owner of your logic. Good Developer-Management exposure. If you understand the Power Domain, you can rule this place.

Dislikes

There's really nothing to dislike, but if I have to mention something that has to be working on Saturdays. But that is also compensated with 8 hour a day job rather than 9 hour job.

Work Details

The work tends to become boring very easily because there are generally enhancements on existing applications which makes you think you are redoing what you had already done. You can overcome this too if your code is well managed.

Likes

9.2 years of experience with KSK was very good. We could learn and implement many new thought process. The co-operation from management and other HOD's was very encouraging. We could automate and deliver the department process with a good software development team.

Dislikes

At times, we faced issues with implementation of software in the departments. We happened to taken the help of management and HODs to take top down approach for making it successful.

Work Details

Headed software development. Consultanted departments, understood their requirements and their existing process. Discussed with HOD's and management. Developed the solution, presented. And implemented.
