Too many thinks like don't give salary on time. Worst experience ever I have in my long journey of teaching. They bully new teachers they don't have sense to how to talk or co-operate with colleagues. The coordinator of middle wing was always shouting on new teachers she don't have patience she always underestimate demotivate the teachers and the behaviour of other teachers towards newly joined teacher is very unfair. They don't want to share the details they not even help even after asking for it. I have worked in many schools but this is my worst experience of working here. They don't even inform the teacher that there replacementa are finding and they just tell them to leave without any prior notice. They have there own bank accounts where they deposit salary according to the govt norms and then take the half of the amount refunded from teachers. Create pressure over one teacher to handle all the classes. They just have to take admissions only education level is very much low and the treatment towards colleagues is worst....Read More
