Learning opportunities are good. Plant head is very polite, if you are doing good and working in production department your job is 100% secure. You can learn anything and everything. Owner is also a good person.

Dislikes

The worst thing about this company is HR and their policies. Salary structure for lower to mid level employees are very bad.

It's vary hard for me to express my experience. Working system is very good. All bosses are very good. CNC department and Toolroom department are always ready to help. I think any body can easily learn new things nd getting so much support from senior.
