Micro management and company run by only womens and HR is culprits here and they are very rude with employees also they know how to korner. They all come from Volvo and in same team and join togather in KDSI (Krones Digital Solutions India) i dont suggest people to join this comapny be casu you have to come to 50% to office and if fail than they will be deducting penalty as you .5 leave and loss of pay if no leave is available. if you are professional and want to join good comapany and want to work with freedom than sorry this is not good place. never never never join this comapany all hr and management comaes from micromanagemt companies in bangalore so beaware and also they dont have office in banagalore they work in we work share office and they will commit like thay are better than google which is not true. even this company hires only people who don't raise voice and by mistake if raise than they will start cornering them. it is a worst company better to go for some startup or small company...Read More
