Fantastic work culture- Busy but no pressure, good salary and benefits, good to learn new skills specially if a fresher gets an opportunity.

Dislikes

No job security. I had to leave because of a bossy team lead. Finally he portrayed me in such a way that I am not fit to the job and fired. I was helpless as his opinion was the final. One bad team lead can ruin a entire team. I couldn't make it but I wish I get a chance to work along krones again. Because I truly loved my job.

Global Exposure to equipment in the beverage industry. One of the best manufacturer in the liquid packaging industry.

Dislikes

No motivation and opportunity from the superiors to grow in the organization. Centralized decision making from German HQ, causing stunted growth in Subsidiaries. Repetitive and unchallenging daily task, causing burnout and stagnation in employees.
