Pathetic Experience. HoD asks faculties not to do research work so that they do not have to work hard. Too much of department politics. Few faculties literally steal students' research work and put their names and if the student denies they will fail that student. The principal does not do any cross-verification into the departmentwork and is a blind supporter of HoDs. The principal doesn't support faculties and also don't like if anyone provides any explanation. He will be the only one giving the instruction and also doesn't like to listen to anyone. The college is a big scam. They will deduct your money in some way or the other every month and will not give you last month's salary when you leave even if you resign during semester break. less studies and too many programs. everyday there is something or the other going on. Less students. Faculties only read out the ppt and their work is done. No one has any interest in self-development. Too much of racism....Read More

Management Level politics- Management favor people form their religion and community. Promotions and higher positions will be given only for people who butter them nicely. Lack of job security- They fire you without notice and severance pay without any valid reasons. Lack of Work- life balance
