Company is trying to implement low cost automation solutions, so there are some scope to learn and develop inhouse solutions.

IT head isn't team friendly, highly baised, bureaucratic, unsupportive and can't be reasoned with. So one can't convince him technically unless & otherwise one is in the goodbook. There is literally an interview system for increment & promotion, if at all one is selected by HOD. So some gets promoted very often, whereas some waits even for years. Lastest increment in IT team was almost a decade back. Average increment is 6% approx. In case of any adverse situations like heavy rains and water logging or road blockage, there isn't any understanding of WFH. One have to reach work place, no matter how late, or take leave. So don't expect any mercy. Normally, alternate Saturdays are off, but even then also final call depends on Maruti Suzuki's schedule, which isn't conveyed till Friday last hour, so one can't plan anything for Saturdays & Sundays....Read More
