Team is heading by director and was limited to 5-10 people only on a regular basis, employee tends to change frequently because of improper planning and excessive irrelevant meetings for future. But no real action jobs.

Joined this job in February 2016 and from the first day I have to deal with improper timing ( arrival time was certain, but day off time was not certain- director expects to holds employees and work till late) . After relieving there wont be proper support even about basics like Form 16, TAN number. And we need to call enormously for docs and final settlement. Work Details

I suppose to support customers across country on software applications, which leads to late night calling to weekend expansions also.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
