Developers are the pillars of this company, they are hardworking but due to work politics sadly they are the only one who are impacted mostly.

Dislikes

Company management is terrible, they are not clear about their own steps. Unethical behavior like salary reduction and revoking bond when bond is about to end. No work life balance and the worst part is work politics. No job security.

The time I joined it was a good company. Got good enough industry experience

Dislikes

Office politics has become bad, number of projects has decreased. No notice firing of people to save costs. Experience is good for beginners in the industry, but nothing at par compared to industry standard. Same old rails html css and javascript. Both office and people at office lacks the desire to grow big and take risks.
