There is nothing to like about this company as this company has a lot of partiality among the employees, where south employees being treated by well and other hand North employees treated like a Slave, they are pressurised North employees Unnecessarily even though they will work with honest and dedication.

The company don't have transparency of their process, allocated data get shuffled and beacuse of that you will be potentially lose your hard work (data) such as PTP, South employees performance will shown excellent in report it is not matter whether they are doing excellent or not and North employees hard work will be go to vain because in report their performance always shown bad and average after your honest and dedicated work and Unnecessarily you will called by your manager and tl and asked why performance is not good. They will break all rules of RBI and encourage employees to shout at Customer for debt recovery they will encourage employees to call a customers hundreds of time in a day after all this if customer raised the complain then you guys will be terminated. I will suggest you guys don't join this company because even you will have any health issue such as fever cold they will not understand your condition and by pressurzing you they will make your condition worsen....Read More

If we take holiday the data will get shuffled and we used to lose our ptp cases which impacts our productivity and we told this issue to our team leads and management too but they didn't solved.

Nothing as such to like Saturday working sometimes Sunday as well they'll keep on asking you the status No professionalism Worst politics, there expectations are sky touching. No work culture at all , so much senior and junior thing . There expectations to work after work hours they'll ask you sit till 8:30 sometimes 9pm as well despite you are girl .

Worst culture. If you can survive this culture then you can survive anywhere. People shift blame to each other. Everyday you have ro be like a robot because 100% work is expected for 9 hours. Otherwise in stand ups you will be punished. And during appraisal you won't be seen based on what good you have done but with one bad thing that you have done. Manager looking something beyond work from women employees on weekends and night calls and confess that if your okay with all these things you will grow in the organization There is no posh I have seen multiple positions needs to be hired but none of the position got filled out based on the skills

Micromanagement, strict work from office policy and no respect for skilled and smart individuals unless you are south indian. If you stay in office for long hours, you are considered very good here.
