Whatever work data comes on daily basis, there is some problem in it, sometimes good data also comes and sometimes bad data also comes, then on top of that one wants to take down and hide the performance.

Worst culture. If you can survive this culture then you can survive anywhere. People shift blame to each other. Everyday you have ro be like a robot because 100% work is expected for 9 hours. Otherwise in stand ups you will be punished. And during appraisal you won't be seen based on what good you have done but with one bad thing that you have done. Manager looking something beyond work from women employees on weekends and night calls and confess that if your okay with all these things you will grow in the organization There is no posh I have seen multiple positions needs to be hired but none of the position got filled out based on the skills

Hourly time tracking for developers is very irritating. You need to justify your work for every hour to your manager. 9 hours working hours is very painful. No one acknowledges extra hours you spend for the work at office.
