Top management at CXO level is good and knowledgeable. CTO and CEO are quite humble and down to earth.

Dislikes

Middle management and most of the people are very toxic. Working from office is compulsory even when you are not well which is quite atrocious at present times. Office timings are also very strict in Bangalore traffic. They are taking advantage of the current layoffs and putting employees under pressure to work with less pay and increments. Most managers discourage innovation and new initiatives and company is very hierarchical in nature. They just focus on showing a good picture to top management and putting curtains over anything that is not good. One of my colleague described her manager as bloodsucker....Read More

Six days working, no work life balance. The management is not good at all. Not much exciting work culture. Very few compensation and benefits.
