If they don't have fund, why they asking to employees work for one month without salary how we spent for travel. Only TL help me in any situation Except AVP Abilasha. Salary will credit once you given bank statement with seal and sign. Lot of salary deduction there.

1)Salary hold it's happen if you not given bank statement with seal and sign 2) They focus on only non duplicate cv . 3) we have to give give 5 nd for that we have to source 15 cv 4) another Kavit and team is very worst for uploading. They will return cv and tracker if we done small mistake that will take more than 30 min. 4) Saturday a d Sunday working with OT but ot is not credited in salary. 5) if you not reply for thread in 10 min and any cv error they will deduct your salary. 6) lot of meeting. 7)Hr priti is very worst. She will only focus on your salary deduction and hold. 8)MD Vikram only demotivate you with strict restrictions. 9) Md Vikram only favour to Pujan , kavit and Abilasha. 1-No job security. Company terminated 250+ employees in just 10months without having proper notice or escalations 2-Started working on only contract roles 3-Over mental pressure and lot and lot of formalities to submit the profiles 4-We need to cross multiple internal screening channel to submit the profiles 5-Asking the employees to submit 10profiles in a day which was not at all possible in this toughest times because all the skills are very niche and facing lot and lot of duplicates 6-First they hold the incentives 7-Then they are not paying the salary who all got terminated. Few got salary after 10months, rest peoples still waiting for it 8-Partiality. Company senior management peoples will give easy or drive or high budget JD's to few peoples.
