The team is all about adding value to everyone in the game, no matter how wild things get. A squad that's constantly cooking up solutions and crafting better paths through challenges is worth the grind. I used to dream about student issues (yeah, I'm that cool and invested) and how to fix them because I was all about making waves in the student placement journey.
