My experience at this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. The management's complete disregard for the well-being of the workers is appalling. Employees are treated like expendable resources, expected to work long hours with no regards for their personal lives. The toxic work culture is suffocating, with mental harassment being a common occurrence. The department heads show blatant favoritism and bias, especially towards employees from outside the state. Salary increments are unheard of, and the compensation does not reflect the hard work put in by employees. Working conditions are deplorable, with no consideration for basic human needs like proper breaks and holidays. HR, instead of being a support system for employees, acts as a mere puppet for the managers, adding to the overall sense of helplessness within the organization. The lack of empathy towards employees' health and family emergencies is deeply concerning. Furthermore, the discriminatory behavior towards employees from Karnataka is downright unacceptable. The favoritism towards employees from a particular state creates a toxic environment that hinders any sense of unity within the workforce. In conclusion, the work culture at this company is toxic, the management is unsupportive, and the overall experience has been a total disaster. I strongly advise against joining this company unless you are prepared to sacrifice your well-being and dignity for a paycheck. Reporting managers will not approve any leaves, and there is no leave encashment policy. If the company provides travel facilities such as cabs and Ola options, the manager will restrict the use of cabs and will not approve travel claims even after many reminders.
