- Some teams have a toxic environment, especially because the manager is biased toward people, making the environment toxic, and no action is being taken to resolve this issue, which has led to multiple attritions and a poor handover process.

If you like audit, then the one satisfaction is you get is from the completion of each assignment. The learning there is good and the brand name is the best out of it.

1. I worked in the GRCS branch of Chennai and the work culture is toxic as there are personal grudges due to the inflating ego of the upper management. It depends on the Manager or Director you work under. 2. While consulting has its own fair share of work life balance, but the team I work with makes work feel like life. At the end of the day it flow’s from top and the leadership I have been working with directly right now is super amazing.

There have been a lot of whirlwind changes in leadership (OVER ALL KPMG LEVEL) which seems to be more reactive than proactive.
