One of the worst company. I don't like this company at all

There is no work life balance and also there is no justice to employees. They will hire and ask to leave the company for silly reasons.

Salary in KPMG is comparatively better than most of the big IT companies.

Dislikes

Work Life balance is very poor. Favoritism & nepotism is very common in the organization like any other BIG4 firm. Leadership theory takes back seat in BIG4 and they have Managers with very poor leadership skills.

Horrible organisation, biased people, buttering your bosses and getting growth. People on Top position don’t know any professionalism. If you have links and always say YES to your Manager it’s ok. My experience is horrible and trust pls don’t join any Big 4.

Dislikes

Biased people sitting on top positions starting from HR to Finance. If you know the art of buttering your boss then ok. Unprofessional people no policies and systems. Making fool of clients and charing million rupees for nothing

Working in KPMG gives you a lot exposure and learning. You will get to learn cross functions and with various teams. You will be provided opportunities but you have to be upfront in asking the management that you are intrested in a particular area and ready for more responsibility. No one will give you anything in a platter you have to prove and fight for it

Dislikes

Its cutthroat competition. People will be all sweet and concerning on your face but really they will only intrested in how long its going to take to complete your work. Its a good learning experience in terms of how to handle cunning people

No work life balance. Very toxic work culture. Most senior leadership have excessive ego. No employee appreciation.

Culture is governed by legacy partners and employees are expect to work 14+ hours a day for 6.5 days, including weekends. If you’re associated with KI, please ensure weekends are governed by partners requests basis the P&L they hold, which makes it THE WORST place to work!! Employees are treating like shit at KPMG

I am talking about Digital Solutions Next team - There is no clear communication from the management or leadership on what our projects pipeline looks like, nor a clear assignment of resources to the project etc. Today you will be in one project, after 2 weeks in some other. The sad part is the firm takes every random project that comes their way.

Swachh bharat mission Director Mr Pramendra Singh of kpmg is a liar,cheater,briberaker,grafter and do politics..

Dislikes

They sublet the employee to third party like randstad and do discrimination with third party employee. Those who are in role of Kpmg enjoy lavish life do not work ,play ,laugh and enjoy and third party employee work and get harrased by client.Similarly third party get 13 leaves and full time kpmg employee gets 30 leaves.

Work life balance is decent. Career path is clear (but highly depends on the team and manager) Company policies are good.

This is coming from my experience in a particular team. Someone else might have a better experience definitely. My team was horrible, biased, illogical and non-appreciative. People were looking to satisfy their own agenda. Colleagues and team people are very helping and connecting. Very less or no office politics I saw here.

Dislikes

Career growth is very slow, appraisal and rating does not depend on performance even after fulfilling all key metrics this is not sure that you will get rating -1, you may get 4 if your PM has higher number of reporties, some how KPMG needs to works on their review and decision making policies for betterment of their employees.

While consulting has its own fair share of work life balance, but the team I work with makes work feel like life. At the end of the day it flow’s from top and the leadership I have been working with directly right now is super amazing.

Dislikes

There have been a lot of whirlwind changes in leadership (OVER ALL KPMG LEVEL) which seems to be more reactive than proactive.

My Team was good. Learning and exposure was great.

Low pay. Amazing level of pay disparity. Sometimes for a long stretch had to work for longer hours. Less work life balance
