I like nothing. This is my 3rd company and I regret joining the organization.
Work culture is horrendous. Colleagues will disrespect you if you ask for help. The worst company to work for. Salary growth everything is low.
Work Life balance, monotonous, repetitive, politics

I got an opportunity to work in US for 6 months, and I am grateful for that. Team structure keeps changing wherein you will get to work with new people which helps you develop a skill of adapting quickly to survive in the corporate culture. Transport facility is provided as a benefit and the service is good.

No work life balance. Career growth opportunities are dependent on professional certification and I could not go for profile change within because the process is very stringent. Compensation is decent and the appraisals are mediocre also growth is very slow for non-qualified as compared to qualified</mark>. I was not satisfied with my last appraisal as it was a promotion with last but one rating accompanying very little monetary benefit. The work pressure is very high up to 14-16 hours straight in a day during busy periods. The login timing is fixed (8:30 AM) but there is no logout timing. It depends on what your supervisors have to say based on daily work allotment. My experience is out of 5 days in a week I stretched atleast 4 days (logging out 8:30 or later) to help other teams. 80% of the calendar year is busy periods. There is a concept known as KPMG family wherein if you finish up your work, then you need to check for work with other teams in your industry, if they don't have then all other industries in the process (there are various industries in the process and each has as many teams as your own industry) . What I mean to say is chargeability is a main concern and irrespective of what admin work you do or for whom, you have to reach chargeable hours goal which eventually leads to staying back long hours. Some seniors have made it a trend to stay back for whatever reason, which is being impressed upon colleagues as a best practise. Management response to people's concern is low and is mostly leaning towards company benefits rather than people and same goes for HR. HR is dependent on management and had no voice to support people's concern. What I mean to say is HR is management oriented rather than people oriented....Read More
