Work culture is really good. Employees do not feel restricted as company policies are liberal in nature. Job security needs to be improved, and also proper compensation should be provided as per the work done by the employee rather than waiting for the employee to resign and then increase their salary to retain them.

Dislikes

Compensation package of the existing employees should always be more than the new joiners. Senior employees are paid less and retention policy can be improved. Rather than waiting for the employee to resign and then increase their compensation package to retain them, it is better to attract them with a better package upfront so that they won't have the thought of resigning.

Too much work and less time for personal life.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
