Work environment is amazing in KPMG. I worked there on contract for 4 months and overall experience was good. Best part is that we can get work from home if we are not well to attend office. If you are doing work on Saturdays and coming to the office, they provide extra benefits like meal , cab facility free of cost. For rest of the working days company provides you cab facility but it depends on you whether you want or not as they charge fixed amount on monthly basis....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
