Everything is about revenue. Absolutely no value of one's hard work. Differentiation in compensation benefits for mechanical engineers is very unfair. Cannot advance in single domain.

Initially I struggled a bit to complete the given tasks and I felt some pressure from my Team leads and Managers. But now it's very important to do the work in time and with quality.
