Good work environment and culture.The team is supportive and system is good and transparent.100% customer satisfaction and customer is first in terms of QCD. Company policies are fair and they give average hike in salary. Good in technology and product management 100% owned by JTEKT group....Read More

Dislikes

The growth is slow and salary and other perks are not as per industry norms.no job training for new joinees and job risk is high.Frequent change in management will not address our issues.Appraisals are not fair for hard working people.No support for loyal working people.

Work Details

Started to work since inception as a trading company and gradually becoming manufacturing company.I struggled a lot to get the new orders from OEM companies.I got a chance to visit overseas to streamline the new business and I learnt everything on the job

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
