Although there is job security, there is no incentive to perform better. Management doesn’t officially acknowledge any accomplishments nor provide any incentives to work beyond the bare minimum. Work life balance is a hit or miss depending of your experience level and there is no overtime or compensation for working on weekends when required.

1) As being a product company, we get in depth knowledge of the technology that we work in. We don't get to work in too many technologies like in service company but deeper in few technologies. 2) Sometimes there is lot of work pressure in engineering. 3) Some time there is dissatisfaction in hike and sometimes it is fine. 4) Need more training and knowledge sharing in development technologies.
