No Job Security At All Maximum Time You Can Work Is 8-9 Not Even A Day More You Will Be Forced To Resign Months Humiliation And Insults Will Be Done Daily By Reporting Managers And They Will Always Be Partial Worst HR Management They Never Have Answer Nd Will Always Listen To Reporting Managers Who Will Pressurises You To Resign Peoples Work In Other Companies Then Join Kotak But Always Regretted Their Decision I Have Seen Peoples Resigning 2nd Month Of Joining Without Any Job Backup Most Useless Management And You Cannot Ask For Help To Any One It Is Better To Sit Ideal Unemployed Then Joining Kotak No New Joinee Has Survived More Than 7-8 Months With In Last Few Years Your Salary Will Be Put On Hold For Useless Reasons For Months Because The HR Fails To Do Their Job Always And You Have To Survive WithOut Salary For 2 Months And That Also Happens With Every Single New Joining Person Always Litrally Every New Joinee Has To Survive Without Salary For 1st Two Months I Can Gaurentee That Due To HR Failure They Will Have To Survive Without Salary For 1st 2 Months And HR’s Don’t Know How To Work At All The HR’s Are Completely Not At All Eligible To Be HR At All Your Salary Will Be Deducted Every Month HR Will Have No Answer For That The Mentioned Package And Credit Of Salary Will Always Be Less Than Mentioned In Paperwork After All Dedications Also Every Month Incentive Will Be Given Less By 5-15K On Average For Old Dealers And HR Wont Have Answer For That And You Won’t Get The Incentive That You Actually Deserve Depending On Performance This Is For Old Dealers New Ones Dont Get Business Everything Will Be Given To Old Dealers And New Joinees Will Get humiliation And No Scope Of Incentives Because You Dont Survive And Wont Be Given Resources For Business And The Exact Mentioned Salary In The Joining Letter After Deductions Will Always Be Very Less And You Will Have To Continue With That Only And Listen To Insults,Humiliation And Bad Words From Reporting Managers Who Will Treat You like Shit No Expence Allowance Vouchers Are Ever Passed You Pay From Your Salary For Client Meeting Fuel Expences Worst HR System Worst Management Worst Senior Managers Never Join Kotak Securities Saturday Is Holiday But Still You Will Have To Go To Office For Useless Work...Read More
