It's a waste company. When I went for interview, in secunderabad KOTAK SECURITIES Branch, they treated me like shit. No one take care about you. I'm the only one when I went for interview at that time, but they are having fun and ignored me. I told them that I'm here for interview but they just told me to wait outside. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good. They give good salary hikes and bonus every year.

Dislikes

On the job training is not given to new joinees. There is a lot of politics.

Work Details

The is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job and got a chance to wear multiple tasks and that helped me get a taste of different roles with in same time.

It was my first job, straight out of B school. Happy that I got the experience.

Dislikes

I wouldn't say 'dislike' exactly. But looking back , I think the company could have invested in training and development and a mature leadership back then. It was a long time ago to be honest, am sure they have come a long way.
