There is nothing to like while working with Kotak Mahindra Bank except to showcase that you are working in one of the top banks.

Dislikes

The bosses don't want the freshers to grow. There is no difference in personal banker and direct sales employee. Their only focus is on insurance.If you don't complete the target or if your boss is sitting and your work is complete but I am suppose to sit till 9 pm or even more. The super bosses purposely make a con-call at 9 pm so that the whole branch sits till late. There is no personal life. employees are even called on holidays. Its worst to work in a bank. The worst part there is no proper reimbursement given.we are suppose to use it from our own pockets. Many people work because they are in need of money and no one is happy and satisfied with their jobs. This bank is on the top only because of the employees working at lowest level but their is no importance to them and are treated like dogs. This is not just Kotak Bank but with all the private sector bank.They are paying salary and treating as if they have purchased them....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
