Ontime in and out, no late seating, employee retention policy is good

After lockdown the management rapidly change, I shocked at the position of Project head and CXO are making politics at lower level employees and for loved once they are giving promotions so its effected on other employees. I was one of them due to bad politics I have to resigned and mostly CXO believes that new employee are trustable instead of old employees are working from last 5-10 yrs. They are thinking old employee can not work properly...stupidity. For new employees getting promotion and increament but old is liable for the same.
