working in a finance company is a little drawback. there are more pressure for staffs even for ladies . they have to go out for marketing sometimes. every individual should show their performance by bringing customers to branch and you are respected by the higher officials only by your perform ance in your business and not by your computer skill or account skill or management skill</mark>. other than there is nothing to improve our life and we were like pond and the company fish (gets profit) in the pond. on the whole we dont get any improvement of knowledge. the main thing is company will hold our original certificates if any gold appraisal were gone wrong by mistake we should compensate the amount and our certificates will be blocked untill the clearance which is a risky feild....Read More
